Description of the problem	Power sliding door fails to operate from inside buttons or remote control. Power sliding door will only will work when the outside door handle is pulled. Motor that moves the door front/back works fine when the door is activated from the outside handle. This creates a safety situation in the event passengers need to exit the vehicle in an emergency. Warranty enhancement fails to address this adequately as toyota dealer wanted to charge $115 fee to assess the issue and he advised there are several parts not covered by the extended warranty enhancement.
