Description of the problem	Binding occurs while turning. Problem is intermittent and varies in severity (can bind and be very difficult to turn or simply feel like a slight grab. Problem came on suddenly being intermittent the mechanic could not find problem until i found related issues. Additionally being intermittent and the fact that it could grab without warning and suddenly be very difficult to turn the vehicle it a sever safety concern.
