Description of the problem	My wife was driving our 2005 toyota sienna van to pick up our son from school. As she was pulling into a parking space, she pushed on the brakes to slow down further. However, the van did not slow down, but instead accelerated, causing the van to hit a tree at the end of the parking space and the car on the other side of the tree. She confirmed that she only hit the brakes, and not the accelerator. After reading multiple online reports of others pushing on the brakes and the toyota sienna vans accelerating, i decided to file this report.
