Description of the problem	Passenger side seatbelt folds in half when the seatbelt is being fastened and then gets jammed. It is very difficult to clear. Multiple times we have been forced to move rider to back seat. Vehicle out of warranty and dealership wanted thousands to fix. This has happened for the last three years at least.
