Description of the problem	While putting on the seat belt on the driver's side, the seat belt wound not extend out of its holder to allow the belt to click into its holster. I would have to pull it multiple times or jiggle the holder on the side wall of the van to get it to work. It does not allow the driver to be belted. It has happened multiple times since the start date.
