Description of the problem	The driver side and passenger side seatbelts keep getting folded over and stuck while trying to retract. They stop retracting and get jammed. Sometimes the jam can be worked out, but once it had to go to the dealer and be taken apart. I am concerned that in an accident the seatbelt will fail since it can't properly hold when retracting or being pulled out.
