Description of the problem	Rear power hatch, when opened either with remote, by hand or cabin switch, it slowly goes to it's full open position, then violently closes on you. The first time it happened it hit me on the head, made me dizzy for a minute. The second time it caught my wife on her thigh, she was pinned against the bumper causing some discolouration on her legs.
