| Description of the problem | The sliding door on my 05 toyota sienna minivan does not latch or lock in the open door position permitting the door to rapidly close if parked on a hill for instance. I have been hit by the door multiple times and my child was injured today while exiting the car. The other problem that occurs is that the motor cables that move the automatic door become slack and bound and therefore have forced the door to stay in the open position. |
