| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2005 toyota sienna. The contact stated that the check engine and battery warning lamp was illuminated. He also stated that the engine temperature rose and caused the vehicle to overheat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the air conditioner compressor was defective and needed to be replace yet the remedy failed to repair the problem. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance becuase the vehicle was repaired four times prior under factory warranty. The vehicle was not further repaired.
