Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 toyota sienna. While driving 60 mph in heavy rain, the contact attempted to change lanes to exit the highway. She lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tractor trailer. The vehicle spun off of the tractor and traveled back to the left of the highway. The air bags failed to deploy and the vehicle was destroyed.
