| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 toyota sienna. While driving at approximately 10 mph, the contact eased pressure off the accelerator pedal but the vehicle suddenly accelerated. He depressed the brake pedal to prevent the vehicle from crashing into another vehicle in front. The vehicle continued to accelerate until he turned off the ignition. When he restarted the vehicle, it seemed to function normally. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where he was informed that the problem was caused by the floor mat.
