| Description of the problem | Both rear sliding doors refuse to open, intermittently and randomly. This issue happens when weather is somewhat cold and wet for the manual sliding door. For the "automatic" door, it happens continuously. We've had the motor replaced in the automatic door and it fixed the problem for 2 years... But now it has happened again. Kids have had to get into and out of the car via the back hatch. Major safety concern. |
