Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 toyota sienna. The dashboard on the vehicle is cracked. The cracks originated from the air vents near both front doors to the windshield. The dealer was unable to determine the cause of the cracks, but they were willing to pay for half of the charges.
