Description of the problem	Both sliding doors on the minivan began rubbing against the body about 4 months ago. The problem continues to get worsen. On the driver side, the door has rubbed down to the metal at three points on the body where the back of the door closes into to the door housing. Additionally, the door is sagging enough on the hinges that the paint is being rubbed off along the track of the door as well. The passenger side door has also begun to sag on it's hinges and has rubbed the paint off the body in one spot. The issue is clearly related to the door sagging on it's hinges - whether the issues is design flaw, or parts that can not handle the weight i do not know. The dealer said that they would replace the hinges and fight for 100% coverage from toyota (the care has 51000 miles and am past warranty).
