Description of the problem	On 12/13/08 the passenger side sliding door on our 2004 toyota sienna "froze" and would not open manually or automatically. On 12/28/08, the door stopped functioning completely. On 1/2/09 the vehicle was brought to kings toyota in cincinnati for repair. I have been advised that the cable and motor system within the door is completely bad and needs to be replaced. ($1,634).
