Description of the problem	Driver side front door check mount is spot welded. Spot weld has broken causing the door to freely swing posing a risk of injury to me, my wife and our two children. Toyota has issued a tsb "enhancing" the warranty to 5 years or 100,000 miles to fix it free of charge. I bought the vehicle used and never heard of this tsb until the problem happened and my vehicle is now 6 years old.. Local dealership denies the tsb exist even though i have a copy. At what point does someone step in and make toyota issue a recall due to the safety concerns when 592,100 vehicles are involved.
