Description of the problem	No warning given. Driver's door check (not sure if that is technical name- not the hinge) started making popping and clunking noise when operating door. Tried lube, no improvement. Took to dealer and they said the weld must be broke. They agreed to fix it under warranty even though we are just out of the warranty period. Body shop called to tell us it cannot be fixed, broken too badly. They will have to replace the door!
