Description of the problem	I was making a right hand turn from a highway onto a side street; my passenger side front tire and hub cap scraped the curb when the steering suddenly became stiff, making the turn difficult. The steering fluid level was checked and was within the normal range; we topped it off anyway, in case that was an issue.
