Description of the problem	My wife was attempting to backup up when she put the van in reverse it did not move. She took her foot of the gas the van started rolling backwards. When she applied the brakes the pedal went to the floor and would not stop. She then rolled backwards down a 75-80 degree bank for about 75-100 yards. Along she was kept pumping the brakes but they continued to failed. At the end of her trip the van slammed backwards into a tree, causing injury, and big damage to the van. This really did happen ! After all this is to strange to be madeup. *ak
