Description of the problem	Passenger front seat belt is twisted and will not retract and is therefore unsafe for use. Since this is a safety concern, i asked toyota dealership if there was any recall or service bulletin issued for this problem and i was told there is nothing they are aware of. Request toyota to investigate this concern and take prompt action in resolving this safety issue. If there is a recall / service bulletin issued or in the works, please let us know.
