Description of the problem	Seat belt twists and jams extremely easily. Extends all the way, and will not retract. Sometimes it can be manipulated to straighten it and get it to retract, but it recurs regularly. The front passenger seat is not usable when it happens. It has happened once or twice on driver's side, but occurs at least once or twice a month on passenger side.
