Description of the problem	The driver's seat belt continuously binds up in the re-tractor bezel. Because of this the re-tractor unit does not function properly. Some times if you do get it to come out, you can get it latched but the belt fails to tighten. In other cases it binds so badly that the side wall must be taken apart to free it.
