| Product type code | VEHICLE |
| Description of the problem | Driver seat belt fails to retract as the strap gets caught in the opening where it retracts. It did this on rare occasion under warranty but now does it constantly. There fore the seat belt is very loose and does not restrain the occupant. The rear belts were recalled for this type of defect and were working fine at the time of the recall. This problem has been ignored by the dealer under warranty and now they simply work it free when we bring it in, despite us telling them that it recurs daily. |
