Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 toyota sequoia. While driving at an unknown speed, the contact experienced a flat tire and was unable to open the rear hatch (to remove the spare tire) due to excessive rust. The contact also stated that the hatch window did not open and the rear wiper did not work due to rust.
