| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 toyota sequoia with 83,900 miles on it. The vehicle vsc trac system goes on and off for no reason when the car is in motion. As a result, the brakes go into grind mode and do not engage. I have narrowly missed hitting other vehicles and pedestrians as a result of not being able to brake. I contacted toyota to file a complaint. However, i was told that this issue is known, but not under recall or covered by warranty. I have to pay out of pocket to fix this. This is not an acceptable answer as this is a public safety and liability issue. I need help resolving this with toyota. |
