Description of the problem	The frame has been recalled. As a result of the recall it was determined that the frame would not be replaced but sprayed with anti rust coating instead. The coating peeled almost immediately. Complaints were made but the dealer refused to replace the frame at time of recall. Currently the frame is practically falling apart. We are unable to get a replacement vehicle at this time nor can we sell it as is. What are our options at this time? Thank-you dtjb
