| Description of the problem | The frame on our 2004 sequoia has failed its inspection due to being very rusty and having multiple perforations. We have been informed that it is no longer safe to drive until repair or replacement of the frame or portions of the frame has been completed. I spoke with multiple people with toyota warranty claims, they have refused to assist us with getting a new frame. They claim their limited service campaign on the frame has ended and they are not able to assist at this time. They said their managers do not accept phone calls. So i have a decade old sequoia which is unsafe to drive. Shame on toyota! |
