| Description of the problem | While having 4 new tires put on my vehicle, the mechanic told me about severe corrosion on the frame of my car. He said it was so bad it is starting to buckle. He mentioned that it was a recall and that i should contact toyota. Toyota tells me i have no recourse as recall ended 6 months ago. I never received info on the recall and do believe that a defectively made frame should be rectified by the company, not the consumer. I am the mother of 4 children and am constantly driving carpools around town. |
