Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2004 toyota sequoia. The contact stated that when braking to make a turn, the abs brakes would fail and the vehicle would not decelerate, causing the vehicle to skid while turning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised that the skid control was defective and needed to be replaced. There were no recalls for the failure.
