Description of the problem	I am not sure i am using this form correctly, it would be nice to get a confirmation email. My complaint is about the new navigation system being installed on the new toyotas. I bought a 2016 and discovered they are making us use a navigation system called scout gps that requires the driver to focus on a list of directions on a small screen for details while driving. While driving we are not allowed to enter data for safety reasons but this new system does this in the opposite by requiring the driver to attempt to follow a list of written directions while driving. The map function which was large on previous nav systems is now reduced to a small size and lines of text replace the easy to use map. This new nav system is as dangerous as texting and talking while driving. The later fields on this form do not quite offer a true way to file my complaint so some of it may not be right.
