Description of the problem	My 2019 rav4 le has a 14. 5 gallon fuel tank and only takes about 8 to 9 gallons of gas when i fill up from empty. When i first purchased the vehicle i was getting 450 miles per full tank and now the most i get is 330. I took the car to the dealer and they said that it was normal even though my car was getting 22 miles to the gallon and not 26 mpg which would be on the low end.
