Description of the problem	The gas tank is advertised to hold 14. 5 gallons. When i fill up, the pump stops after adding only about 8 gallons. I can very slowly add more, but i don't know if that is dangerous. I have had it overflow and spill when i've tried that. The smaller capacity severely reduces the number of miles between filling. I also have an issue with mpg. A main reason i bought the car was for the 40mpg. But i've never gotten that. I average around 28.
