Description of the problem	Impossible to fill gas tank to capacity. When tank reported as under 1/4 can only add 7-8 gallons. Will only fill to 7/8 of a tank per the gauge. Only way to fill tank full is to top it off. Occurs at every fill up. We reported this to both toyota and the dealer. We brought the car in for service regarding this issue more than once. They acknowledged the issue but have done nothing to fix it. Running out of fuel may result in an accident or leave drivers stranded on the side of a busy or deserted road creating a safety hazard.
