Description of the problem	Fuel tank for this 2019 rav4 hybrid will not accept full tank of gas. One must top off and potentially spill fuel to get it to an acceptable range. Tank capacity is 14. 5 gallons with range of approximately 550-580 mile. Only can have gas fill to about 9 gallon with range of 360 miles. This is very unfortunate for a otherwise good car. It has been on going situation getting worse since last year.
