Description of the problem	When the fuel gauge indicates that the tank is nearly empty, my vehicle will only accept about 10 gallons of fuel until pump shut-off. As a result my vehicle fails to meet toyota mileage range specifications of 580 miles and only makes about 400 miles. Moreover, if trying to fill up with 15 gallons of fuel and going beyond pump shut-off there is a risk of overfill and fire hazard. Koons dealership refuses to acknowledge the defect which should be covered by warranty.
