Description of the problem	I am not able to fully fill up the fuel tank as expected by toyota specifications. It can put barely 9 gallons (toyota communicate tanks can have 15 gallons) when the tank is empty and after the pump stops. The fuel level does not always go to the top of the dashboard indicator but i cannot put more fuel since pumps stops. I tried multiple gas station and many ways to fill up the tank, the issue is always there. The car range does not go over 500 miles when it is sold to do more.
