Description of the problem	2019 rav4 hybrid xle. Car fuel tank does not fill up completely to the advertised 14. 5 gallons. Only able to get about 10/11 gallons in the tank even when the low fuel indicator is on. Additionally when filling the tank with fuel, when the pump auto turns off because the tank is "full" the fuel lever indicator needle is no even close to the "f" mark. False advertising by toyota and failure to appropriately address the known problem.
