Description of the problem	My brand new 2019 rav4 hybrid xle has a fuel tank that is 14. 5 gallons, but will not fill above 9 to 11 gallons at any time. In short, my fuel tank does not fill all the way and i am therefore short on overall car range, from 580miles to about 360-390 miles per tank. I have made an online complaint to ardmore toyota of pa with no response. I have roughly 6,000 miles on my car, but have noticed this is as low as 400 miles in the odometer.
