Description of the problem	My 2019 rav4 xse, purchased in may 2019, gas tank refueling always automatically stops prematurely at fuel gauge 1/3 to 3/4 full. This has occurred with every refueling since the first fueling when the car was new. The problem reduces the effective range on one tank of normally dispensed gas by 100 - 200 miles. Filling very very slowly to coax the tank to accept a properly full fill can cause no automatic shutoff of the gas pump to occur, which can result in excessive fumes or overfilling.
