Description of the problem	Purchased 2019 toyota rav4 this november and i have an issue with the gas tank. It only fill 80% of the tank not completely full. When trying to fill manually to the full gauge the gas overflows and spills which creates gas spill on the side of the car and floor. This is an issue that toyota needs to address asap.
