Description of the problem	The vehicle is only able to fill up to about 3/4 of a tank, regardless of which gas station i go to. This problem has been happening since day 1 and varies by 1 or 2 gallons. But i have never been able to get a full tank. I can usually only get 9-11 gallons of gas when the car is empty. I have also noticed a significant drop off in fuel economy recently 39mpg vs 32mpg.
