Description of the problem	Battery does not fully charge, when i use the ev mode it will drain the battery to having only 3 green lines and wont want to access the ev mode saying battery is too low. This takes about 10 min to drain. When i go put gas i usually try to fill up the tank. I leave the pump on so it can fill automatically. At one time it clicked to where it indicates its full. When i went to drive off i noticed that the fuel indicator was lower than full tank. I though it was the gas pump. Went again to fuel up and did the same thing but this time i had to stand there to fuel up myself this time it took more gallons then it should have taken. So there is something defiantly wrong with the intake tank of this rav4
