Description of the problem	Unable to completely fill gas tank to full on 2019 toyota rav4 hybrid limited. Can only put 9 gallons in 14 gallon tank (capacity in manual) when tank is empty. Dealer suggests "topping" off which has already resulted in a fuel spill at the gas station. Reported issue to dealer and told that toyota is aware of the issue but currently does not have a fix. This is both a user safety and environmental safety issue and is extremely common to 2019 hybrid rav4 users per user groups on the internet.
