| Description of the problem | Purchased 2019 rav4 hybrid 4/2019. On winding roads using low beams, lit up distance is abruptly and severely shortened as the roadway dips and turns. These headlights are unsafe, in my opinion. Santa cruz,ca has many such roads, incl. Hwy. 17, and using high beams is not always an option. It was unnerving driving this vehicle the first night that i owned it, and still is. |
