Description of the problem	I have been complaining to the dealer since buying the vehicle and while under warranty about the brakes. I almost got myself kill on highway i25 because the brakes failed totally having to resort to pulling the emergency brake. I had to wait for the car to slow down to exit the highway. The dealer wants to charge me for the repair when i have been complaining for months. If i die, toyota will be the responsible party, i left my cart at larry miller toyota and will acquire a lawyer.
