Description of the problem	Takata recall - the 3 seat belts in the back do not lock while in motion. My 6yr. Son is constantly sliding while the vehicle is in motion. It occurs when the vehicle is stationary, in motion, on a city street or highway, turning, applying the brakes, abruptly swaying to right or left to avoid collision, etc.
