Description of the problem	When driving at temperatures below 32 degrees (freezing) the heating/cooling system does not work and the windshield and windows fog completely inside the vehicle. This creates an extremely dangerous visibility issue. The only way the vehicle can be driven in cold weather is if the defrost is on full blast with no heat on the feet. Even then, the rear windows are completely steamed up and the driver and front seat passenger windows are only partially clear. The vehicle has been in at least 7 times. If they have been unable to reproduce the problem they have been dismissive of the issue even though they have seen photos. When they have reproduced the problem they have not been able to identify a cause.
