Description of the problem	When backing up,my 2011 toyota rav4 accelerated hitting another vehicle causing the man behind his vehicle to be thrown and almost ran him over. He was taken away in an ambulance. My car was totaled and license suspended. There was no way i could have stopped my vehicle. Websites i have looked at for that year seems to confirm braking and unintended brake and acceleration accidents.
