Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota rav4. The contact was made aware of a recall for nhtsa campaign number: 16v096000 (seat belts), but did not receive a notification from the manufacturer. The dealer was contacted on april 6, 2016 to check for any recalls. The contact was informed that the vehicle was included in the recall, but the parts were not yet available to receive the repair. The dealer stated that the contact would need to wait for the second notification letter and was uncertain of when the vehicle would be repaired. The contact had a child passenger who would need to use the rear drivers side seat belt and the rear passenger side seat belt. The contact was informed by the manufacturer to use the center seat belt until the remedy and part was supplied to the dealer, which was unacceptable to the contact.
