Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota rav4. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph the driver side front wheel and tire separated from the vehicle. The contact was able to maintain control and merged to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the local mechanic who stated that the failure was located on the front suspension and was caused by shredded lug nuts.
